According to CapitaLand’s 11 October 2025 release, 658 of the 666 units (99%) were sold over the launch weekend, at an average of S$2,953 psf. UOL said almost all buyers were Singaporeans and permanent residents. The Business Times described it as the first major private residential launch in Holland Village in almost six years.
